The CT Basics series covers the development of CT scanning, how CT equipment and instrumentation works and what the applications are in medical imaging. You will learn how to identify pathologies on CT images and their probable causes. Techniques for ensuring patient safety and image quality are also discussed. This series is a great introduction to computed tomography or an excellent refresher for those currently in the field.
This series satisfies the ARRT 16-credit Structured Education Requirements for CT.
After successful completion of all 12 modules, participants will receive 16 CE credits and a document from the ASRT recognizing their achievement. Modules can be purchased individually or as a series.
This package includes all 12 modules and the practice test containing 83 questions.
