Transgender patients identify as a gender that is different than what they are assigned at birth. Educating radiology students and health care providers about this unique population is important for creating inclusive and patient-centered care. Radiology professionals should be familiar with terms, procedures, and special considerations related to transgender patients.
This quiz is the companion to the short report, "Caring for Transgender Patients in the Radiology Department," which appears in the July/Aug 2022 Radiologic Technology journal.
This activity may be available in multiple formats or from different sponsors. ARRT regulations state that an individual may not repeat a self-learning activity for credit if it was reported in the same biennium.
Free access is included with membership. All titles for which you have not previously earned CE credit appear in your CE library.
