This presentation will review the steps of obtaining and documenting a thorough patient history.  It will also discuss ways to use critical thinking skills to adapt examinations to patients with special needs. In addition, this presentation will explain the process for performing bone densitometry analyses of the lumbar spine, femoral neck, and wrist.
