This presentation will explain the anatomy associated with nonvascular interventional radiography procedures. Studies involving the genitourinary, gastrointestinal, biliary, neurological, and lymphatic systems will be explained. In addition, specific joints accessed for arthrography, abscess interventions, ablation studies, and some biopsy procedures will be discussed. Patient preparation, pre-, intra-, and post-procedural care, and detailed steps for each nonvascular intervention will described.
