This presentation will challenge your knowledge of organ transplantation. After a review of criteria for receiving a transplant and surgical techniques, viewers will have the opportunity to identify sonographic findings associated with normal and pathologic liver, kidney, and pancreas transplant case studies. This presentation will also include normal and abnormal vascular findings and complications. Doppler examinations are performed routinely following transplantation, and it is imperative to understand these sonographic findings. Some cases may be a simple review, while others will take some brainstorming to arrive at the differential diagnosis for some interesting pathologies.
