This presentation will summarize radiation therapy treatment techniques for cranial spinal, primary brain, metastatic brain, and head and neck irradiation. Patient preparation, positioning, and immobilization will be reviewed. In addition, components of the treatment prescription, appropriate geometric parameters, and verification and application of the prescribed treatment plan will be discussed.
