This presentation will review CT simulation procedures for the thorax, breast, abdomen, and pelvis. Topics include patient positioning and immobilization, technical settings for CT image acquisition, and pre- and post-processing image controls. In addition, post-imaging procedures including determination of isocenter, placement of reference marks, and CT simulation documentation will be discussed.
