This article examines the use of different imaging platforms and MR postprocessing to evaluate lymphatic disorders, as well as the specific MR postprocessing images that are helpful in evaluating the lymphatic system. The use of MR lymphangiography to identify central conducting lymphatic anomaly is also discussed.
