This presentation will cover procedures related to the abdominal vascular system. These procedures are commonly performed in interventional radiology and assist patients with various diseases and emergencies. We will be learning how each procedure is performed; from access to closure. We will also define the indications for the procedures and interventions. As we move through the case we will discuss the equipment, supplies, positions, projections, and contrast injector rates. We will also discuss the contraindications and the complications that can arise. This presentation will provide you with extensive knowledge of abdominal vascular procedures and allow you to understand your role in each case.
