This presentation reviews the Culture of Safety program developed at the Mayo Clinic in Florida. The development of this program from concept to implementation will be discussed, as well as the many facets of the program which help ensure safety for staff, patients, and visitors. The ongoing evolution of this program will also be explored, as well as its specific effects across various imaging modalities.
