This presentation is a follow-up to the conversation held during National Radiologic Technology Week about the Culture of Safety at Mayo Clinic Florida. The panel will dig deeper into the program discussing the hallmarks of a strong safety culture, psychological safety for the participants, and how safety teams can expand their reach into the patient care arena. Additionally, this presentation will cover how to improve buy-in from stakeholders, patient involvement, and how the scope of the project extends throughout the health care facility. Lastly, the panel will continue discussing the evolution of the Culture of Safety program and its effects across various imaging modalities.
