This presentation explains the relationship between technical factors and diagnostic quality images. This course will review focal zone, frame rate, spatial compounding, dynamic range, and Doppler components. Spectral analysis measurements such as peak systolic velocity, end diastolic velocity, resistive and pulsatility indices, and abnormal spectral waveforms will also be discussed.
